Opening Conference:
When Be Safe Solutions arrives at your work site for a scheduled visit, our representative will meet with your management/ safety team in an opening conference to review your current safety programs and incident data.
Walk-Through:
Working as a team, you and the consultant will assess hazardous conditions in your workplace and operations. In addition, our representatives will discuss applicable compliance standards that enhance mishap prevention for employees, contractors, and clients.
Closing Conference:
You and the consultant will review the findings noted during the walkthrough, where improvement is needed, and what you’re doing correctly. At this time, you will discuss problems, possible solutions, and deadlines to eliminate or control any serious hazards identified during the walk-through.
Written Report:
The consultant will prepare and send you a detailed report explaining the findings, standard references, and suggested corrective measures.
